CEO, Senior Planner

A little bit about our team:
It’s hard to believe I started in hospitality as a small event and catering company over fifteen years ago. My original small business “Innovative Events” led to twelve years of planning weddings and events at some of the largest industry names such as The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge and Columbia Tower. I have experience in managing private, corporate, and social events along with weddings.

We have since created Planner boss, the pulse of One Boss Hospitality, and our continued passion and excellence has only become more apparent.

When you hire my team we find satisfaction in learning your dream, capturing your vision, guiding you through critical decisions, and taking the reins on the big day so you can celebrate stress-free knowing all your details will be executed. Planner Boss was launched to put together the perfect team to work by my side to support our client’s vision.

A little about me:
Although I had been in the business long before, the pleasure of seeing two of my children down the aisle was a game-changer for me. I experienced firsthand the importance of the planner’s role.

There is a responsibility not only to the couple but also to the family. Weddings symbolize the joining of families, and the blending of different ethnic and religious cultures. With children intermarried to Samoan, Fijian, Hawaiian, and Jamaican significant others, I have hosted weddings all across the west and east coast as well as international.

I look forward to taking families beyond the border and sharing what expertise I have to offer with destination weddings and events.

Shaunte Moetului
Associate Planner

Shaunte has been with us since 2019 and takes the leadership role no matter what event she is a part of. Currently one of our Associate Planners, she also works as an administrative planner serving both the Planner Boss department and the Banquet Boss department. Her ability to multitask while remaining aware of the individual details of the event amazed me on top of all she juggles in family life.

Her calm and confident manner while communicating with guests and clients can instantly comfort anxious family members. Shaunte is very team-oriented, always willing to jump in and support other vendors and recognize where she is needed. I am absolutely thrilled to have Shaunte serving our couples through the wedding seasons. Her confidence and calm demeanor will have you feeling peace on your big day.

Amberly Ritchie
Associate Planner

Amberly works as Associate Planner, Banquet Boss, and many other hats at One Boss Hospitality. She has been coordinating special events for over 10 years and has managed summer camps, Horse Shows, Auctions, and Award Assemblies in addition to Weddings.

Amberly Ritchie has been on our team since 2019 and has proven her strength in understanding the full scope of an event from service logistics to décor design and executing weddings with gracious ease. She has experience in leading a service teams, executing a design plan, and running a bar for some of our top clients. Her snap decisions and calming tone are two of the indispensable qualities people love about her as she transforms “meh” into “marvelous”. Give her the planning reins on your wedding day, you will want for nothing.

Grace Geraci
Executive Assistant & Associate Planner

Grace works as an Associate Planner, Banquet Boss, and executive assistant at One Boss Hospitality. She's been coordinating special events and weddings.

Grace has been on our team since 2022 and has proven herself to be a total rockstar. She has an amazing grasp of the full scope of an event - from service logistics to décor design - and can execute weddings with total professionalism and care.
